Responsibility

The KPI manager is responsible for ensuring data is captured, shared, and analyzed; develops metrics to track end-to-end supply chain performance; and works closely with the management information system liaison, leadership team, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
  • BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed institute.
  • PGDHRM will be get preference.
  • Skills Required: HRIS, KPI management, Labor Management, Performance appraisal
