Chief Officers.

Performing feasibility studies for industrial, domestic and commercial technical developments.

Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene

and Environment.

To maintain the LEED certification of the building.

Overall project construction management of new projects of the group including vendor

management, preparing project budget & estimation, manage local stakeholders and ensure proper execution of the project following well planned timeline.

Responsible for construction of biological ETP (on going project) from conception to completion as per plan;

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, expenditures and construction plan;

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports;

Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests;

Analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for any construction projects thoroughly to identify areas of potential cost savings;

Coordinate with constructors, vendors, and other stakeholders for proper estimation and justification of BOQ;

Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements;

Ensure overall quality control and quality assurance of construction projects;

Handling the RSC/ACCORD/ALLIANCE Audit on Structural &Fire Safety issues;

Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) report preparation (with the assistance of design consultant) and presentation giving;

Preparing the corrective action plans (CAP);

Feasibility study of the projects;

Project schedule planning (Microsoft Project);

Monitoring and management of site staff.

B.Sc/ M.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Reputed Public or Private University.
