This position will be responsible for all accounts and financial functionalities of a unit of IFAD Group business segment.
Manager/ Sr. Manager , Accounts & Finance will oversee the accounting functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of business performance, financial statements & reporting. He/she will have one direct and several indirect reports and will work to allocate tasks evenly across the team. He/she will be responsible for driving team performance and getting the most out of individual contributors.
Qualifications
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting/MBA major in Accounting & Finance
Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Certification: Partially Qualified CAs will get preference
