Responsibility

Decide on all product and technical specifications for the garment including construction and operation sequence, machine, attachment, and work methods, so as to meet the customer’s expectations by taking all practical considerations into account

Keep abreast of the developments in the garment manufacturing arena and related technological areas; assess feasibility for use at the factory and advise the management on these developments

Manage Product Development Center including Garment Tech / Pattern Tech and Costing Front

Analyze sketches and samples, understand customer requirements, and guide the team to develop samples accordingly, ensuring the viability of bulk production

Conceptualize and create marketable and production-viable product prototypes to expand the offered product portfolio

Oversee day-to-day functions with QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning, and Design & Development department to ensure buyer compliance

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering in Textile or Production or QA
