Assist supervisor to identify training needs based on performance appraisal, project requirement etc.
Draft annual training calendar for approval and implement with clear time schedule.
Make necessary changes as per feedback; Obtain approval from supervisors
Prepare draft budget for training activities; Present budget to supervisors
Scout the market for vendors, shortlist external trainers and jointly with supervisor select the right partner based on proposal evaluation.
Jointly with supervisor develop draft metrics for evaluating training effectiveness and efficiency.
Understand training approaches, capabilities and effectiveness.
Update training vendor pool and participate bidding procedures from HR professional perspective to evaluate the external resources.
Plan and set up internal trainer system to provide effective trainer resources.
Provide TTT programs and coaching programs for internal trainers to build effective trainer capabilities.
Develop content, e-learning material, collateral and other training materials based on supervisor guidance.
Assist in developing leadership developmental, value and culture building initiatives.
Assist in developing program requirements unique to each function.
Lead training programs and implement as scheduled.
Prepare and update monthly training calendar and communicate the same to all the employees.
Provide any other support (logistics/trainers) required to organize training.
Identify opportunities for improvement of existing processes - such as identifying new modes of training delivery, increasing opportunities for self-learning etc.
Devise improvement plans and initiatives; Monitor implementation of plan; Take corrective actions in case of deviations.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
