Responsible to collect land information and necessary document from the existing land owner, media & others.

Visit locations of potential lands and crosscheck with the collected information

Responsible to prepare feasibility calculations & proposals.

Negotiate with land owners regarding Deed of Agreement (DOA), Power of Attorney (POA) etc.

Coordinate with the architect and logistics department for necessary requirements of land acquisition.

Responsible to coordinate land survey, soil test, architectural design, project takeover, etc.

Responsible for budget preparation for new land acquisition & existing land Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

MBA in Marketing/ Masters in any discipline.

At least 12 year(s)
