Responsibility

  • Prepare and implement HR policies and procedures as per management guidelines
  • Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, Manpower planning as per requirement
  • Look after the training & development team and ensure their effectiveness
  • Follow up & upgrade employees JD &KPI
  • Ensure employees effective performance management system.
  • Look after group payroll management system
  • Look after employees HRIS
  • Design & implement reward system.
  • Monitor Disciplinary actions & effectiveness departmental enquiry & grievance
  • Ensure employees compensation & benefits.
  • Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
  • Look after compliance issues
  • Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma In Human Resource Management
  • Training/Trade Course: Training on HR and Compliance
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 8 year(s)
