Manage, Monitor and ensure efficient and exceptional execution of maintenance Operations.
Will be responsible for overall activities of the maintenance of factory utility electrical departments.
Proper managing of all the electrical supply systems like HT, LT, Transformers, Generators.
To organize and prepare factory for facing Accord/ Alliance/Various Buyers along with other ethical / environmental/ technical/ electrical and fire safety etc.
Should have practical knowledge on operating (Gas/Diesel Generator, Boiler Compressor & Chiller)
Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas etc) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
Monitor and supervise all the utilities such as air compressor, diesel and gas generator, steam boiler, chiller, water pump, workshop.
Ensure proper monitoring and follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
Electrical load calculation, Cable/Circuit breaker/ Distribution board/Transformer selection.
Supervision of maintenance of all electrical items including boiler, generator, lift etc.
Development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to develop the service management.
Maintain and troubleshooting of different kind of electrical machines.
Maintain electrical sub- station and erection of factory machines.
Developing standard operating procedure for different tasks and train the workforce accordingly.
Ensure visibility of the project.
Any other tasks as assigned by the superior authority.
Qualifications
Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
B.Sc, M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any recognized institution or Practical work experience in all kinds of unit dyeing, yarn machines.
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
