Responsibility

  • Role Overview
  • The position is to manage the administrative functions of the Rohingya Response Programme (RRP) of ActionAid Bangladesh (AAB), which includes coordination of Cox`s Bazar (CXB) admin team, procurement team, logistic team, and general administration of CXB office and other sub-offices based in Cox`s Bazar District. Support to respond to the query of internal and external audit. The position will be a member of ActionAid Bangladesh (AAB) Cox`s Bazar Leadership Team (AAB CXB-LT) and will lead the Security Focal Points (SFP) team of AAB CXB operation. In addition, this position will act as AAB focal person for NGO coordination of the Deputy Commissioner`s office in Cox`s Bazar.
  • The scope of the position also includes strategic planning and leading the supply chain management, which includes procurement, logistics, store-management, Asst Management etc. S/he will ensure the continuous improvement of administration functions by providing feedback and capacity development support to the team members, providing timely feedback. The Manager - Administration will be responsible for lease agreements, vendor management, outsourcing management, etc. In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for leading fleet management, event management.
