Responsibility

BDG-Magura group is looking for a dynamic and creative professional for the role of Human Resources Officers. The candidate must be excellent at managing employee records, recording & updating files and preparing reports. He must be extremely organized and have an eye for the details:

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Graduate/ Master Degree
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/HRD will get preference.

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administration, Compliance

  • T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity
