Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per IAS & IFRS and report to the Management

Prepare all relevant documents for IPO operation;

Liaison with Issue Manager regarding IPO related activities;

Completion of audited accounts with the help of CFO;

Assist to issue Managers for due diligence process and stock valuation;

Assist to CFO for liaison with underwriters and Bankers to the issue;

Liaison with all regulatory authority (DSE, CSE, BSEC)

Ensure reconciliation of Bank Accountants;

Monitoring General Ledger, accounts payable;

Clear knowledge about corporate TAX, Income TAX and VAT, Labor Law and Company Act;

Monitoring & Developing ERP for all concerns

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Finance

Skills Required: CA CC

Good communication skills in English & Bangla.

The applicants should have experience in the IPO related work particularly engaging with issue management.
