Lead and Manage cross functional team from Technology to prepare Tech Budget
Drive Div's long and short term strategies, Business Plan for BL's Management by working with major stakeholders within Tech./Commercial, Finance and group.
Supervise the whole cycle of Business strategies and Budget process starting from planning till realization of asset capitalization to assure full alignment and control.
Oversee teams to track and plan future usability of Technology assets, ensure the standard treatment of asset life cycle management within Technology department
Lead from Technology side for the automation plan of asset management.
Prepare monthly Technology update, Capex report for management and group as per guideline.
Review, analyze and validate the data with respect to capitalization figure, In-transit, CIP, allocation and physical existence of inventory.
Review & justify the listed PRs & required reports before submitting for management approvals as per yearly deployment plan.
Supervise full procurement cycle including Quotation, PR, PO, invoicing etc. & guide team for solving any challenge in the process.
Study and work on CWIP file obtained from finance in every month/quarter closure.
Review and validate the source of obtaining figure with finance.
Supervise cross functional team to get the user level feedback and take initiative to reduce the WIP aging bucket.
Facilitate external/internal auditors query against Capex closure, WIP movement, and site allocation data.
