Make a year-wise and month-wise Marketing Plan and execute the plan accordingly. (Education marketing and Air ticket marketing)
Coordinate any event and fair marketing and ensure the quality of the lead. (In house and outside)
Ensure proper execution of physical and social media marketing (FB, website, Instagram, Google, YouTube, SEO, Media buying, and other digital platforms) with the help of GM and Digital platform manager
Ensure the Branding of each marketing activity and also ensure the quality of marketing material.
Ensure proper brand material in outside seminar and sponsorship activities (raffle draw, partial or tile sponsor)
To distribute of work plan among the marketing team members and ensure execution.
Ensure email marketing, social media response, and lead phone call with the help of the front desk officer.
Collect leads from the digital platform manager.
Arrange training of the marketing team members with the coordination of IRO and be updated with IRO.
Share application updates and other information, take advice, and support activities with each other (Head of Sylhet, Head of Dhaka, Head of application, compliance cum coordinator)
Work very closely with GM, Ticketing officer, and Digital platform manager for material support and marketing support.
Evaluate the marketing team members' performance and report to the CEO. (Performance sheet)
Liable to CEO to report all required activities and Maintain office etiquette.
Should maintain a Dress code
To full fill Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Targets.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor's degree from any university.
