Responsibility

  • Build, train and develop a strong Call Center team (both in- & out- bound);
  • Implement “Single Hotline (10606)” strategy by analyzing and upgrading call center technology & processes for optimum result;
  • Design outbound campaigns and up-sell/cross-sell of services with the aim of acquiring/retaining customers - achieve conversion/ ROI targets;
  • Regular auditing to ensure smooth & personalized customer experience;
  • Analyze call center data and prepare reports for Labaid management;
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with MBA from a reputed institution
