Responsibility

  • Prepare Organogram, Manpower Budget, JD & JS, KPI’s
  • Collaborate with management to identify company skill needs
  • Undertaking regular assessments of training needs and developing a program to meet the identified needs.
  • Implement an effective performance management system.
  • Prepare training Calendar, Design effective training & development programs
  • Prepare training materials and modules, videos, and presentations
  • Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Department
