Responsibility

  • Conduct training as per yearly training calendar to meet buyer audit requirements.
  • Develop workers training modules when required as per management decision and audit requirements.
  • Conduct orientation programme for new workers, staffs and executives.
  • Coordinate, prepare and maintain documents of all training related process.
  • Assist to perform TNA (training need assessment) program as and when required.
  • • Provide psychological support to the workers and staff to motivate them to do better.
  • Maintain records of intern & follow-up internship program.
  • Maintain all training related documentation.
  • Conduct health and safety campaign.
  • Facilitate required training/industrial visit arrangements as per requisition and maintain record.
  • Coordinate & logistic support for training session.
  • Qualifications

  • MBA in HR/Management
  • Experience Requirement
