Conduct training as per yearly training calendar to meet buyer audit requirements.

Develop workers training modules when required as per management decision and audit requirements.

Conduct orientation programme for new workers, staffs and executives.

Coordinate, prepare and maintain documents of all training related process.

Assist to perform TNA (training need assessment) program as and when required.

• Provide psychological support to the workers and staff to motivate them to do better.

Maintain records of intern & follow-up internship program.

Maintain all training related documentation.

Conduct health and safety campaign.

Facilitate required training/industrial visit arrangements as per requisition and maintain record.

Coordinate & logistic support for training session.
