Responsibility

To communicate regularly with the Merchandisers & any other concerned in order to plan raw materials, fabrics, trims & accessories sourcing as per the production schedule.

Source Fabric, Accessories & Trims from both from local & overseas vendors.

Implement the cost savings initiatives by developing new sources and long-term contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.

To ensure the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment to eliminate Non-productive time.

Maintain regular communication & liaise in between suppliers & Commercial Department to congregate ETD, ETA, original shipping documents (Import) etc. to ensure prompt custom clearance and delivery.

Monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price, quality & delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
