Monitoring operation and security of all computer hardware.
Maintaining accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and purchased manuals.
Running regular checks on network and data security.
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve/update software and systems.
Conducting regular system audits.
Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
Providing direction to IT team members
Ensuring repair and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive system, key lock system, etc.
Act as a primary contact for all outside agents in all computer technology related matters
Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support.
Responsible for handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
Should be aware of IT Security Policies and ensure implementation through regular staff training.
