Sound Knowledge about Dyestuff Criteria & Right Shade match maintained by the time frame;

Ensure on time submission (LD/ Sewing Thread) to maintain bulk order smoothly;

Work on daily production report & Data analysis on RFT%

Find out root cause against any fail & make corrective action plan;

Closely monitor & analyze on shift production;

Ensure safety & compliance activities in workplace;

Ensure identify subordinate strength & work assign accordingly;

Manage man, machine and materials properly;

Maintain required MIS;

Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
