Responsibility

  • Educate and inform employees about IT processes and policies, as well as tips and tricks.
  • Provide assistance with any IT-related issues.
  • Escalate and Coordinate UPS, network, and IT server room issues at regional offices, as well as repeat incidents.
  • Assist in the mass deployment of IT services and applications to client devices (end user facing devices).
  • Log and follow-up on end-user calls/tickets/emails with vendors and cross-functional teams, as well as tracking, routing, and escalation of issues using company-provided trouble ticketing software.
  • Resolve IT support calls in accordance with KPIs throughout the year.
  • Resolve and coordinate all site visit action items.
  • Ensure physical verification of IT assets on demand.
  • Project deployment and coordination, as well as a report.
  • Ensure that recurrent incident management operations are carried out.
  • Ascertain that the given support region's service activity report is completed.
  • Maintain system/technical knowledge in order to recommend a technical product for users.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE
  • Skills Required: Networking, Photoshop, Web Design
