Responsibility
Educate and inform employees about IT processes and policies, as well as tips and tricks.
Provide assistance with any IT-related issues.
Escalate and Coordinate UPS, network, and IT server room issues at regional offices, as well as repeat incidents.
Assist in the mass deployment of IT services and applications to client devices (end user facing devices).
Log and follow-up on end-user calls/tickets/emails with vendors and cross-functional teams, as well as tracking, routing, and escalation of issues using company-provided trouble ticketing software.
Resolve IT support calls in accordance with KPIs throughout the year.
Resolve and coordinate all site visit action items.
Ensure physical verification of IT assets on demand.
Project deployment and coordination, as well as a report.
Ensure that recurrent incident management operations are carried out.
Ascertain that the given support region's service activity report is completed.
Maintain system/technical knowledge in order to recommend a technical product for users.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE
