Line Balancing through reducing Tact time with the aid of Time study & effective monitoring.

Simplification of Processes with the help of Method study, Motion study & Production study.

Monitor and suggest reduction ideas of SMV (Cost Management) by construction simplification related to seam and method without affecting the actual appearance of sample.

During Line feeding maintaining proper workmanship to ensure buyer required or desired quality resulting in reduction of DHU.

Non Productive Time Reduction

Monitoring OPF strictly & Evaluate OPF Audit score.

Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Documentation of all the activities in a Clear & Appropriate way.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE
