• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
• Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
• Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
• Receiving all e-commerce returned orders or canceled orders from third party shipping partners as well as any unprocessed orders from the warehouse team
• Building an outstanding relationship with our customers through regular and proper follow-ups.
• Ensure the service quality and customer satisfaction and monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
• Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
• Ensure that all product data is on the Website and Facebook page including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
• Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contract for online queries.
• Monitor stock levels and analyze web sales versus store performance.
• Order process as per customer demand and time line set by organization.
• Process complete orders from picking team, ensure accuracy of picked products and send for final packing
Qualifications
