Ensure internal primary audit of necessary requirement for internal development of owned factories.

Follow-up customer COC audit and to develop factories COC accordingly.

Prepare monthly factory follow up plan and coordinate for requirements.

Provide preparation guideline to factories regarding BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT, Environment, Technical and Social compliance audit

Provide guideline to develop factories as per ACCORD &ALLIANCE (Fire Safety, Building Safety & Electric Safety) requirements and periodic follow up.

Collect, Monitor & implement CAP of the factories.

Assess and identify pictorial evidence in respect of CAP from different factories.

Coordinate with all factory personnel for all compliance issues.

Develop and implement plan of action for factories to meet and maintain social compliance standards.

Conduct factory pre-acceptance assessment for customer social compliance requirements.

Any other task assigned by the authority.

Minimum Graduate, preferably in HRM

PGD in HRM

At least 3 year(s)
