Existing Client Follow-up, Generating bills and send them to the Clients.
Handling quarries related to accounts.
Checking invoices and Handling payable and receivable bills.
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Daily Sales call for Lead generation from existing database.
Finding prospective/potential clients & follow-up from different sources.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Understand and analyze customers' & markets need and communicate with the management.
Answering customers' questions on the products.
Records client details and follow up regularly.
Having knowledge to work for Garments Industries, Owner’s association and Government sector will be an added advantage.
Must have proactive attitude to build, establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Effective email communication, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, Internet browsing & online work ability., Telephone Communication
