Communicate with Kitchen regarding the banquet event and food requirements.
Making Banquet Event Order and distributing among all concerned departments.
Directly working with banquet team when needed.
Develops data and recommends programs to meet client needs.
Prepares proposals with the Director of Sales and Marketing that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying client needs.
Solicits files on a timely basis to confirm business.
Uses outside sales calls to solicit existing and new clients.
Contacts in-house customers to foster additional business, repeat bookings or referrals to other Brand Hotels.
Reviews individual goals on a quarterly basis; recommends and takes appropriate actions to achieve objectives in key result areas.
Any other additional responsibilities that might be assigned from time to time.
Negotiating with clients and coordinating major banquet events with the operational departments in order to ensure guest expectations are met and opens up the opportunity for future events.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Minimum graduation from a reputed / well recognized university or Graduation in Hotel Management
Experience Requirement
