Responsibility

  • Dynamic and competent for generating sales
  • See beyond everyday obstacles and self-motivate
  • Be able to prepare yearly sales forecast and set month wise distributed targets
  • Following up/identify new business opportunities and setting up meetings proactively
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Be able to compile persuasive business proposals
  • Construct and analyze cost/price mechanisms
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Continuous vigilance for new market entrants
  • Prepare and review basic legal documents
  • Providing management with daily feedback/update
  • Preparing/Interpreting sales information, analysis and reports
  • Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets.
  • Motivate team members to positively perform in line with yearly/monthly targets
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits.
  • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Proactively scope out business opportunities
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Implement and execute marketing plans and strategies and convert as potential customers.
  • Coordinate between functional departments to smoothly execute and run process/campaigns.
  • Assist accounts department with monthly payment collection
  • Developing ideas & strategies for further development of business opportunities
  • Designing and develop product and services to support the sales/marketing objectives
  • Promotion of business at large through business analysis
  • Identify customers' requirements and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Prepare business/ commercial proposal for potential and existing client(s)
  • Prepare presentation and solution document with details for client(s)
  • Prepare/edit/modify/sign MOU, NDA and master agreement with different client and strategic partners
  • Prepare and update periodic cash flow summary, budget, revenue forecast and cost summary
  • Explore Strategic, Technical and Commercial scopes, feasibility analysis, forecasting and prepare short term and long-term Business plan
  • Training new employees in the Business Development Department
  • Identify, Develop, Manage new and existing service to ensure revenue and market share growth

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in sales marketing, finance
  • Graduate in sales and marketing. IBA graduates are preferable.
  • Candidates with IT and Finance background are also encouraged.
  • IBA, Dhaka University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing
