Responsibility
To develop and implement standard policies and procedures for information technology and computer systems operations and development.To manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review; negotiate and administer supplier contracts and service agreements.To manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all, ERP systems, current IT systems, Websites, PCs, operating systems, databases, telephones, software applications.AWS Cloud Services monitor, deploymentPrivate Cloud Establishment expertise (Open Stack etc.)Network Monitoring (Nagios), Network Documentations (Net Box)Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements and documentation of modifications and upgrades.Advise clients objectively on where IT might make a difference to the business; keeping management and clients updated on progress.Monitor project activities and progresses of vendor to ensure compliance with the contract; coordinate meetings with users and software vendor.To communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.To operate and administer MS Windows servers, Linux Server, Exchange server, File server, Proxy server.To upgrade network by conferring with vendor; developing, testing, evaluating and installing enhancements. To protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.To work under pressure with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the University Management from time to time.
