Responsibility

This position is mainly responsible for scheduling and arranging several training programs for public and private doctors, as well as nurses in consultation with hospital director, civil surgeon and UH&FPO. To ensure these training programs, s/he will identify potential trainers in the BSM and ensure their availability. S/he will coordinate with finance, procurement, admin teams for necessary support and maintain liaison with key government officials. The Deputy Manager will assist members of BSM to participate in the e-mentoring session from hub, prepare meeting minutes, assist in formatting documents in appropriate format. S/he will also maintain schedule of major events, meetings, submission, deliverables, and follow-up of activities.

Contract length: Up to August 31, 2022

Job Location: Dhaka / BSM Office

Qualifications

Master's degree, preferably in Social Science/Business Studies or relevant discipline.
