Responsibility

  • Achieve given sales and collection target from Head of Corporate Sales.
  • Maintaining regular communication with present and prospect customers.
  • Need mindset to visit frequently clients office as we as all prospective places for collecting sales.
  • Motivate and guide sales team members to improve performance and achieve set goals.
  • Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management of performance.
  • Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
  • Ensure collection on time as per the contract with the customer.
  • Develop product knowledge for give the proper information to customers.
  • Prepare yourself to meet company sales target both individual & team performance.
  • Qualifications

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • in any discipline (Preferred in Marketing)
  • Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills., Team Leading
