Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.

Must be self-motivated and dynamic.

Lead the branch with adequate manpower to retain the sales target and revenue.

Solving all branch related issues.

Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate Land business and present market scenario.

Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve branch’s sales targets.

Should have the experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.

Corporate sales planning and implementation.

Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals / business men and look for prospective customers.

To hire, select & train up better sales personnel(s).

Organizing related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.

Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building/spirit.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
