Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Collaborates with senior management to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention of staff and faculty members of BU.
Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Assess Training need of the faculty members/ officers and staff and arrange proper training to all concerned
Develops and implements departmental budget
Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
Performance appraisal of staff and faculty members by improving matrices on KRA & KPI for the organization
Ensure Accountability and Transparency of all employees and regular reporting to appropriate authority
Formulate HR related policy as per need of present and future requirements of the university.
Perform any additional duties as directed by University Authority
Qualifications
Masters in Business Administration major in HRM or relevant field from reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirement
6 to 9 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in HR department in a BankCorporateMNC will be preferred.
