Responsibility

  • Receive phone calls, respond to clients in social media and keep track of all orders, maintain sales and client database.
  • · Handle customers' query, must be capable to manage customers' requirements, complains over phone.
  • · Gather product knowledge to deliver proper information to customers.
  • · Communication with courier service providers and maintain delivery records.
  • · Support to organize product record, manage vendors and suppliers with proper record keeping.
  • · Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers.
  • · Able to work under pressure.
  • · Overall support the team for increasing sales.
  • · Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
