Launch products and services to ensure key indicators including revenue, usage, churn and winback.
Increase customer engagement through effective CVM plan.
Analyze KPIs and reports every day to ensure maximum base involvement.
Ownership of business cases and dynamic models to facilitate business decision making.
Regular communication and coordination with sales to ensure achievement of relevant KPIs
Analyze and track competition movement and ensure best plan for customers.
Prepare analysis based on requirements from management/teams, develop analysis methodology and present outcomes supported by insights.
Work collaboratively with all internal, external & management team as a bridge between all commercial and non-commercial functions to ensure timely project delivery.
Present proper market scenario, customer pain-points, progress and challenges of all commercial initiatives to commercial and company leadership team through regular platforms (e.g., weekly management meeting, weekly commercial update) or adhoc manner based on requirement
Have a proactive mindset to challenge the status quo, focus on bringing efficiency and innovation
Qualifications
BBA/BSc/BSS in Economics, MBA/MSS/MSc will be an advantage.
