Responsibility

  • Launch products and services to ensure key indicators including revenue, usage, churn and winback.
  • Increase customer engagement through effective CVM plan.
  • Analyze KPIs and reports every day to ensure maximum base involvement.
  • Ownership of business cases and dynamic models to facilitate business decision making.
  • Regular communication and coordination with sales to ensure achievement of relevant KPIs
  • Analyze and track competition movement and ensure best plan for customers.
  • Prepare analysis based on requirements from management/teams, develop analysis methodology and present outcomes supported by insights.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal, external & management team as a bridge between all commercial and non-commercial functions to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Present proper market scenario, customer pain-points, progress and challenges of all commercial initiatives to commercial and company leadership team through regular platforms (e.g., weekly management meeting, weekly commercial update) or adhoc manner based on requirement
  • Have a proactive mindset to challenge the status quo, focus on bringing efficiency and innovation
  • Qualifications

  • BBA/BSc/BSS in Economics, MBA/MSS/MSc will be an advantage.
