Responsibility

  • JOB PURPOSE: Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing of case management activities and ensure maintain of confidential filing system. He/She will provide guidance on case management to case workers and provide direct support to complicated cases. Supervise and support case management team on appropriated referral. In addition she/he will be responsible timely accomplish the case management related activities of the project and facilitate the capacity development process of case workers as well. S/he will also be responsible to support project team identifying scope of work at host community and camp as well.
  • SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
  • Qualifications

  • Master in any discipline from any recognised university.
