Responsibility
JOB PURPOSE: Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing of case management activities and ensure maintain of confidential filing system. He/She will provide guidance on case management to case workers and provide direct support to complicated cases. Supervise and support case management team on appropriated referral. In addition she/he will be responsible timely accomplish the case management related activities of the project and facilitate the capacity development process of case workers as well. S/he will also be responsible to support project team identifying scope of work at host community and camp as well.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Qualifications
Master in any discipline from any recognised university.
