  • iDE Bangladesh is looking for qualified Business Development Officers for the Scaling-up WASH Innovations in Remote Locations (SWIRL) Project. The goal of the anticipated project is to increase access to sanitation facilities in Bangladesh using iDE`s systems-based approach to sanitation.
  • The Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders of the project at the local level. The BDO helps to form linkages for the local sanitation entrepreneurs downward to consumers through last mile delivery agents and upwards to the larger private sector. This relationship will include rapport building through activities including but not limited to supply chain support, business capacity development training and technology introduction sessions, local sanitation entrepreneurs and last mile delivery agents. This position is contingent upon award.
