  • The AUDIT, RISK & COMPLIANCE SENIOR MANAGER will be responsible to oversee the internal Audit functions in the country and will assist the management by providing independent advice on operations and performances by assessing the effectiveness of internal control and compliance. Moreover, the person will be also involved to advice on external affairs such as government and NGOAB compliances and will facilitate all external audit process through providing support to all the departments (review and reconciliation) including the country management for audit observations/responses. Independent and continuous assessment of adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of Internal Control System, ensure reliability of risk management, deterring and detecting fraud and compliance with ACF rules and procedures in different departments as well as compliance with country laws. This includes ensuring accountability, transparency, consistency and integrity of resource utilization by projects and offices within ACF Bangladesh mission.

  • Festival Bonus: 02 basic salary per year.
  • Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
  • End of Contract Benefits: End of Contract Benefits: 30 days of salary per year of service (No eligibility pro-rated under 1 year)
