Responsibility

  • Job Role:- To executive section wise policy, plan & program of quality and food safety management system in cake plant.
  • Key Deliverables:-
  • QA policy & program execution
  • Execution of Quality planning
  • Compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements
  • Inspection of finished goods as per plan
  • Trouble shooting- deviation found vs corrective action

    • Qualifications

  • M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemistry/Nutrition & Food Technology

    • Experience Requirement
