Responsibility

Supervising and Controlling Erection, Commissioning for New Project.

Follow up Plant layout, GA drawings, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram. Check and review related different documents.

Estimating the cost of materials needed to complete projects.

Developing plans for electrical projects such as constructing new facilities or upgrading existing ones.

Ensure all electrical installation, procedure, and testing are in accordance with approved drawings

Receive and checking the Equipment's and materials. Prepare BOQ for related items.

Maintain Transformer and Rectifier system, RCP, High power AC and DC busbar,11 KV Harmonic Filter (PFIC), Substation, HT and LT switch Gear, PMCC panels, MCC panels and DCS panels, UPS , Emergency Diesel Generator, Different motors etc.

Establishing standards for electrical safety in the workplace and making sure they are met.

Managing the daily activities of the electrical department, including scheduling work tasks and directing crews.

Coordination with others Departments for Erection and commissioning related matters.

All electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machinery to minimize production loss.

Monitoring electrical equipment to ensure that it is working correctly.

Conducting training session for all officers and technical staffs for continuous improvement.

Prepare daily work progress report. After commissioning of the plant, take the responsibilities of Electrical related all types of jobs.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)

Experience Requirement

8 to 10 year(s)
