Responsibility

Responsible for ensuring that the hospital's strategic objectives, goals, and initiatives are achieved through its daily activities.

Responsible for playing a strong leadership role and in that capacity will assist CEO/Managing Director on safe, dependable, and cost-efficient practices.

Responsible to work closely with CEO/Managing Director to implement broad management objectives.

Ensure quality of care - patient safety and patient satisfaction.

Updated on hospital safety practices, communicated regularly with physicians, patients, and staff members, and comply with all regulatory requirements mandated by the government.

Manage and effectively utilize available resources, employees, physicians, and staff members including resident doctors, nurses, technicians, and other staff members and ensure that high-tech information systems and modern and state-of-the-art medical equipment are available to meet patient and staff needs.

Responsible to maintain cordial & workable relationships with physicians and other caregivers of the hospital.

Qualifications

MBBS with MPH in Hospital Administration/Public Health or MBA in Management.
