Responsibility

  • Perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates. coordinating interview session, final selection and placement.
  • Prepare and ensure job posting in various sources.
  • Ensure all departmental organogram
  • Arrange written test, computer test, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
  • Ensure reference/ background check on time
  • Ensure on boarding and joining formalities of respective department
  • Update recruitment related database and calendar.
  • Prepare job description for all positions held in corporate office
  • Develop and guide team to ensure an effective recruitment system.
  • Maintain and revise recruitment policy time to time when necessary.
  • Perform any other activities assigned by the management.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum post graduation degree at any field from any reputed university. MBA in HR is a must.
  • Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Employer Branding, Fluency in English and Bengali, Head Hunting, Leadership and interpersonal skills
