Perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates. coordinating interview session, final selection and placement.
Prepare and ensure job posting in various sources.
Ensure all departmental organogram
Arrange written test, computer test, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
Ensure reference/ background check on time
Ensure on boarding and joining formalities of respective department
Update recruitment related database and calendar.
Prepare job description for all positions held in corporate office
Develop and guide team to ensure an effective recruitment system.
Maintain and revise recruitment policy time to time when necessary.
Perform any other activities assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Minimum post graduation degree at any field from any reputed university. MBA in HR is a must.
