Reserve capacity at Sample Room based on the capacity plan, in order to facilitate the timely delivery of samples to customer by liaising with Buying Office, Marketing & Planning Department;
Understand design intend and tech pack, Clarify and understand design intend. Clarify technical specification, construction and workmanship, placement details;
Ensure pre-QCO activities are taken place to back to back feeding and minimizing changing time;
Ensure that all samples are sewn in a timely and accurate manner whilst, catering to customer requirements by performing;
Resolve technical/ quality issues and spread awareness of the related operations to the technical teams in order to communicate the relevant tolerance levels with regard to the production feasibility;
Creat SMS Schedule with planning team, follow-up material and information flow, share regular update and inspection plan with marketing and buying QA whilst ensuring customer request date;
Support ongoing process improvement initiatives;
Lead, monitor, appraise and train up subordinates;
Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Qualifications
B.Sc/ M.Sc in Apparel Merchandising from reputed university.
