Responsibility

  • Align internal audit strategy with the organization’s strategy.
  • Check all type of voucher, bank reconciliation & report to immediate supervisor.
  • Check the aging of advance paid to supplier & salary advance paid to employee.
  • Check the aging of Accounts Receivable & Payable.
  • Conduct field visit as when required for audit purpose.
  • Apply the governance, risk and compliance frameworks in audit activities.
  • Check VAT Rebate Reconciliation.
  • Check Input-Output analysis (RM to FG).
  • Check the capacity utilization of assets & physical verification of inventory.
  • Identify the risk in process and give possible solution.
  • Ensure the implementation of internal policy and procedure.
  • Ensure the physical verification of cash in hand (Factory petty cash).
  • Ensure the physical verification of fixed assets with assets register.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review.
  • Prepare departmental policy & procedure.
  • Qualifications

  • BBA/MBA/M.Com in Accounting.
  • CA(CC) from reputed audit firm.
  • Skills Required: Auditing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
