Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd is looking for potential talent for the challenging position of Assistant Manager in Recruitment, On-boarding, ER & Engagement under Human Capital Management Department.

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Graduate or Post Graduate in any subject from any recognized Public University.
  • PGDHRM will get preference.

  • 6 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Factory HR Administration, General HR, Human Resources & Development, Performance & Career Management, Training & Development

    • Experience Requirement

  • Mobile bill, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity, Profit share
  • Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
  • Salary Review: Yearly
  • Festival Bonus: 2
  • After Service Confirmation there will be a Salary Review.
  • For Accommodation, Food, Transportation allowances compulsory benefit of 4,000 BDT will be added after Service Confirmation.
  • Other benefits as per BEPZA rules and company policy.
