Responsibility

  • JOB PURPOSE: The Assistant Manager, Franchise Recruitment will be responsible for end-to-end planning and executing recruitment strategies and screening of applications to recruit suitable individuals who want to open their Franchise BRAC Kumon Center. The role requires screening of applications to select and engage the individuals who are highly qualified to take a BRAC Kumon Franchise. The ideal person should also be able to create awareness of the Kumon and BRAC Kumon Franchise brand across the public, stakeholders, and partners to ensure individuals consider Kumon Franchise as one of the most preferred career and entrepreneurial choices in the market.
  • SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
