Consulting with clients to determine their needs, goals, and priorities
Developing proposals that clearly outline the scope of work, timeline, costs, deliverables, and other key details
Meeting with clients to discuss their specific security challenges and needs in order to identify customized solutions
Identifying potential clients and contacting them to determine their needs and interest in purchasing cybersecurity products or services.
Helping clients to deploy new security technologies by working with them to develop plans, identify challenges, and find solutions
Maintain positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future renewals and sales
Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
Liaising with those developing products/services to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like
Arrange continuous knowledge-sharing sessions for new emerging technologies.
