Responsibility

  • Developing strategies to increase awareness of cybersecurity products and services among clients
  • Evaluating the client’s security posture, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and recommending solutions
  • Conducting training sessions for employees on topics such as phishing scams, malware removal, and best practices in password protection
  • Providing technical support to clients by engaging the technical team on how to secure their networks and data
  • Consulting with clients to determine their needs, goals, and priorities
  • Developing proposals that clearly outline the scope of work, timeline, costs, deliverables, and other key details
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their specific security challenges and needs in order to identify customized solutions
  • Identifying potential clients and contacting them to determine their needs and interest in purchasing cybersecurity products or services.
  • Helping clients to deploy new security technologies by working with them to develop plans, identify challenges, and find solutions
  • Maintain positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future renewals and sales
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
  • Liaising with those developing products/services to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like
  • Arrange continuous knowledge-sharing sessions for new emerging technologies.
