Assistant Food & Beverage Manager shall be the representative of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka to ensure 5 Star Standard Food & Beverage Services with operational excellence and focusing on exceptional food and beverage experience to every guest and maximizing department profitability and handle every issue efficiently, courteously and professionally. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:
Assist Food & Beverage Manager to ensure high standard of F&B Services and coordinate with the F&B Catering Sales Team in understanding their insights and opinions regarding client's demand and maintain high standard of service quality.
Provide new business ideas and help Assistant Director of Food & Beverage so that revenue can be increased and guest satisfaction index become higher than the existing.
Active participation in the formulation of the F&B policies. Organizational chart, marketing objectives and Restaurant policies.
Forecast and controls F&B Revenue on weekly, monthly and yearly basis as well as Controls operational expenses, budgeted F&B Cost, Payroll and other related expenses.
Propose and control menu policies, pricing of all regular outlets in close cooperation with the F&B Manager/Asst Director of F&B.
Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner.
Advise and control stewarding in all matters of mise-en-place, cleaning, schedules, washing procedures and consumption of detergents. Establish HACCP policies in his/her own work area.
Ensure creation, development and maintenance of a competent, motivated and empowered outlets staff pool.
Any other lawful assignment given by the competent authority as and when requirement basis.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate from reputed overseas or domestic University.
