Responsibility

  • To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Manage PABX system.
  • Maintain attendance and leave register of non-management employees.
  • To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Provide logistic support for meeting arrangements.
  • Manage all License renewal activities (Trade, Fire, IRC, ERC, Indenting, Acid license etc.)
  • Plan, order & distribute stationary & canteen items for HO and all outlets.
  • Ensure sound & healthy working environment i.e. neat & tidy of premises, cleanliness across the Head office
  • Manage pool car and drivers according to the requirement
  • Supervise administrative support staff.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
