Responsibility

  • Drive the implementation of new and innovative ideas for process improvement to increase operational efficiencies and productivity to support business goals
  • Undertake periodic Quality Assessment/ Quality Audit of BHE Centers and analysis from both ‘client’s point of view’ and ‘process point of view’ to continuously improve the effectiveness of Clinical Services initiatives
  • Prepare a checklist, tools for conducting Quality Assessment/ Quality Audit
  • Prepare different health service-related SOP’s to comply with local and international standards
  • Develop training/orientation materials on quality services tools; prepare presentations and modules on Clinical Services for BHE
  • Provide substantive mentoring, coaching On-the-Job Training, orientation, training, demonstration sessions as and when required for ensuring standardized service delivery across the intervention
  • Responsible for the creation of new services related to new or updated products
  • Responsible for leading an overall team of technical professionals through mentoring and training for continued performance improvement
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

    • Qualifications

  • The candidate should have MBBS / MPH or (MBA in Healthcare Management with a minimum GPA 2.5 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations) from reputed university/ institutions
