A court in Cox's Bazar today fixed November 10 for the next hearing on the revision petition challenging the legality of the Major (retd) Sinha Md Rashed Khan murder case filed by his sister Sharmin Shahriar Ferdous. Mohammad Ismail, Judge of Cox's Bazar District and Session judge's court, passed the order as Mohammad Mostaq Liaqat Ali, Sharmin's lawyer, sought a full hearing.
