A newly-married couple drowned in the Sati river in Sadar upazila of Lalmonirhat today. They were identified as Anwarul Islam (22) and Sumiya Akhter Dristi (19) of Bahar Kasna area of Rangpur city, our Lalmonirhat correspondent reports quoting police.
